Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a return

Contact us at slmiller67@yahoo.com before sending an item. Returns should be sent to 325 Tiffin St., Greenville, OH 45331. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Certain items, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases, cannot be returned.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.
